Your mission We are seeking a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Controller (f/m/d) to join our Finance team in Frankfurt. In this position, you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and drive efficiency across our local and international operations.<br><br>If you bring strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and a service-oriented yet assertive mindset, we invite you to help build and maintain our modern financial controlling structure.<br><br><strong>Your Tasks</strong><ul><li><strong>Budget & Performance Monitoring:</strong> Compare monthly financial results against the budget and highlight key differences.</li><li><strong>Reporting & Forecasting:</strong> Help prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and management updates.</li><li><strong>Department Support:</strong> Work closely with international teams across the company to provide helpful reports and data analysis.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Look at operations in Germany and internationally to suggest practical ways to improve efficiency.</li><li><strong>Controlling & Cost Oversight:</strong> Assist in keeping our controlling systems up to date and monitor project costs.</li><li><strong>Month-End Closing: </strong>Support the accounting team with accruals and checks during month-end closes.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li><strong>Education & Basics: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. </li><li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Comfortable analyzing data, working with numbers, and creating clear financial summaries.</li><li><strong>Software Skills:</strong> Advanced MS Excel skills (PowerQuery, basic formulas/macros) and solid knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Business fluent in English.
