About the role We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join us as we scale. Working closely with our Finance Director, you’ll own the day-to-day running of finance at Amiqus - payroll, invoicing, collections, reconciliations and month-end and help build the processes, controls and reporting that will carry us through the next stage of growth. This is a broad and varied role where your work will be visible across the business. Someone who’s previously worked in a start-up, scale-up or tech environment would probably thrive most in this role. You’re comfortable being hands-on with the detail while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, and you enjoy finding better, simpler ways of doing things. You’re a clear communicator who can explain the numbers to non-finance colleagues, and you take real ownership of getting things right.
