About this role We are seeking a senior CloudOps Engineer to operate and improve Azure production services for APAC customer environments. The role provides regional CloudOps capability during APAC business hours, supports production go-lives and hypercare, and coordinates incident resolution with SL2 and the European CloudOps team. Your responsibilities <ul style="margin-left:24px;"><li>Operate, monitor and maintain Azure production environments during APAC business hours</li><li>Support customer go-lives, production releases and hypercare, including deployment validation and rollback readiness</li><li>Monitor service health, capacity, availability and alerts; investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with SL2, European CloudOps, application teams and relevant third parties</li><li>Support Azure platform components, including AKS, networking, Azure Front Door/WAF, API Management, databases, storage, Key Vault and monitoring services</li><li>Implement approved infrastructure and configuration changes in accordance with change-management, security and operational procedures</li><li>Contribute to root-cause analysis, preventive actions and improvements to production reliability</li><li>Improve operations through scripting, infrastructure as code, runbooks and appropriate automation</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for production environments, operating procedures and customer-specific configurations</li><li>Contribute to observability and alerting improvements using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana and OpenTelemetry-based telemetry where applicable</li></ul> Your qualifications, skills and experience <ul><li>At least 5 years of hands-on CloudOps, DevOps, infrastructure or production-operations experience, including senior-level ownership of operational tasks</li><li>Practical experience operating production workloads on Microsoft Azure</li><li>Experience with several of the following: AKS/Kubernetes, Azure networking, Azure Front Door/WAF, API Management, Azure SQL, storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics</li><li>Experience with incident management, production troubleshooting, change control and release support</li><li>Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation, such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, Bash or Python</li><li>Ability to interpret monitoring and telemetry data to investigate service degradation and operational alerts</li><li>Experience with .NET, ASP.NET (MVC, Web API), Web Services, SQL, RabbitMQ, Redis</li><li>Strong documentation, communication and coordination skills across time zones and teams; professional fluency in English</li><li>A careful, risk-aware approach to production changes, a strong sense of ownership, and an automation-oriented mindset</li><li>The role provides APAC-hours coverage</li></ul> Location Indonesia We offer you <ul><li>An open-minded, international and fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly, ideas are welcomed and people are encouraged to make a real impact</li><li>A meritocratic culture built on ownership, performance and continuous feedback, where ambition is recognized and contribution matters</li><li>The opportunity to influence decisions, challenge the status quo and shape better ways of working, while collaborating across teams and functions</li><li>A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with support to grow your expertise, capabilities and career</li><li>A values-driven culture where we Care by building trust and lasting relationships, Commit by taking ownership and delivering on our goals, Collaborate by bringing the right people and expertise together, and Challenge ourselves to raise the bar and achieve stronger outcomes</li></ul> How to apply If you are passionate about joining a growing and motivated team of financial services enthusiasts and want to contribute to the growth of a leading international FinTech company, please click below to apply.
