Day to day you will: Provide first-line technical support to colleagues across the business, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and access-related issues while delivering a high level of customer service. Maintain and support physical endpoints, server and virtual desktop environments, assisting with user administration, system updates and the smooth operation of core IT infrastructure. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services by supporting automation initiatives using PowerShell, helping to streamline processes and assisting with a variety of infrastructure and technology projects.
