Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Loan Market Operations Specialist to join a team responsible for managing a portfolio of LMA secondary par loan trades from trade date through settlement. The role involves supporting a high-volume trading environment, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of loan transactions while effectively managing operational, counterparty, and settlement risks. The successful candidate will work closely with Trading, Sales, Trade Support, Operations, Agent Banks, Legal Counsel, and external counterparties to facilitate seamless trade execution and settlement. This role requires strong technical knowledge of the secondary loan market, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
