JOB TITLE: Loan Operations Processor REPORTS TO: Head of the Real Estate Department DEPARTMENT: Lending
Purpose:
Provide support to lending staff by processing construction draws and insurance payouts. Responsible for balancing multiple general ledger accounts. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
Essential Duties:
• Process Construction Draws and FBO Account Draws, collecting W-9 information, 1099 Reporting, producing lien waivers and coordinates with construction inspectors for inspections.
• Process Insurance Payouts from Escrow Accounts, updates loan files with new insurance and Updates Note Ticklers
• Monitors and Balance multiple General Ledger Accounts
• Prepares Payoff Quotes
• Reviews Transaction Exceptions and Note Exceptions
• Reviews Coupon Orders
• Prepares Adverse Actions
• Loan Monitoring
• Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) Monthly and Send Annual Notices
• Reviews Appraisals and Certified Market Analyses
• Prepare Morning Reports
• Customer Service - Answer Phones and Direct Walk in Customers
• Notary Public
• Filing
• Reconvenances

Computer Skills/Equipment Used:
• General office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine), scanner, adding machine, calculator.
• Computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
