About this role
George Mason University Korea invites applications for a part-time, non-tenure-track Adjunct Instructor position in Business Analytics for the Spring 2027 semester, beginning in mid-February 2027.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will teach two sections of Business Analytics I (BUS 210), 2sections. during the Spring 2027 semester. This is a one-semester, part-time adjunct faculty appointment.
The Spring 2027 course schedule is fixed and noted below.
• Monday and Wednesday 3:30pm-4:45pm
• Monday and Wednesday 5pm-6:15pm
About the Position

Required Qualifications
• A master's degree in a relevant field completed by January 2027.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with at least four semesters of experience teaching similar courses at the undergraduate level.
• Proven ability to collaborate with faculty across multiple disciplines.
• Commitment to Inclusive Excellence in transdisciplinary education and research.
• Proficiency in using instructional technology and campus teaching platforms, including Canvas, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Zoom, with the flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• A terminal degree in a relevant field completed by January 2027.
• Experience teaching diverse student populations and collaborating effectively in diverse teams.
• International teaching experience.
Eligibility
Applicants must be locally based and legally authorized to work in the Republic of Korea.
