About this role
Kigen is a hyper-growth scale-up whose award-winning eSIM security technology powers connected products across automotive, energy, consumer electronics and industry. Backed by Arm, SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and SBI Group, we combine global ambition with the opportunity to make an individual impact.
Join a curious, collaborative team that values clear thinking, evidence and measurable outcomes. Whether building our brand, supporting customers, or strengthening our operations, you’ll turn ideas into action and help make complex technology easier to understand, adopt, and scale. In turn, you will help shape the security that powers the world of next generation intelligent systems. We are currently looking for a Senior Brand & Social Marketing Specialist on a maternity cover basis. The role will be fully remote within the UK.
This role will help deliver our marketing priorities across digital, social media, brand, events, website and campaigns. You'll move confidently between priorities as business needs change, keep activity moving forward, and play a key part in strengthening our digital marketing capability – particularly paid campaigns and social media.
What you'll be doing
• Championing our paid digital marketing, with a particular focus on LinkedIn – from campaign planning, audience and geographic targeting through to testing, optimisation and reporting
• Managing our organic social media activity and social media agency relationship, and helping build greater social media capability in-house
• Planning and delivering integrated marketing activity across campaigns, digital, social, videos, product and company graphics, events, brand and web
• Supporting industry events, from strategy and key messaging to logistics, creative and supporting campaigns
• Creating and adapting branded marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Helping manage and develop the Kigen website, including publishing resources and driving SEO and organic visibility improvements
• Managing selected media, technology and industry partner relationships so that opportunities and benefits are fully activated
• Keeping marketing activity on track through Asana and our central marketing inbox, working closely with the VP Marketing and teams across Kigen
• Exploring how AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies can improve the way we work
What we’re looking for
• Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing or a comparable role, independently managing multiple areas of marketing activity
• Experience within IoT, telecommunications, technology, software or another complex technical B2B environment
• The ability to understand complex products and translate them into clear, relevant marketing communications
• Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, and an understanding of how paid channels support B2B lead generation
• Broad experience across the marketing mix – digital, social, campaigns, events, content, web, SEO and brand
• Confidence analysing performance with the Google Analytics suite and using insight to improve future activity
• Experience working with agencies, partners and suppliers, and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written communication, editing and proofreading skills, with good creative judgement and an eye for brand consistency
• A proactive, adaptable and improvement-focused mindset – comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
Bonus points if you have
• Marketing or digital agency experience, particularly across paid campaigns, social media, different markets or B2B technology clients
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and website management
• An active interest in AEO and GEO tools, AI models and emerging marketing technologies
