Operating Theatre Nurse - Urology

TŪRANGA THE ROLE

An opportunity for a permanent Operating Theatre Nurse has become available in our dedicated and highly skilled Urology team.

Our theatre teams are passionate professionals who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care. We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality efficient service that ensures every patient receives a safe and positive surgical experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Urology Theatre Nurse to join our existing team.

This is an exciting time to join us at Forte' Health and be part of the future development of our theatre services.

There is an opportunity to also work in other specialties we provide patients but Urology will be the main strength needed for this role.

This position's FTE is flexible where you can have a combination of permanent days and additional casual days providing the opportunity to enjoy time for personal commitments, family, or simply to recharge.

Theatre shifts are rostered Monday to Friday and are generally structured across morning and afternoon sessions. We roster a mixture of 8 , 6, and 10-hour shifts scheduled across two-weeks. Rosters are published four weeks in advance to support work-life balance and planning.

Although we would prefer you to start as soon as possible, we could possibly consider a Jan 2027 start date.

To thrive in this role and become a valued member of our theatre team, you'll bring:

• At least 2–3 years of Urology theatre nursing experience, including both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities.
