IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
North Canton, Ohio | Full-Time | In-Office
415 Group is a growing, well-established provider of managed IT services seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.
We are looking for an individual with strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability who wants to build a long-term career in information technology. Extensive professional experience is not required. We are more interested in demonstrated technical ability, initiative, and the capacity to quickly understand and solve new problems.
Candidates should have already invested in developing their technical skills through an IT-related degree or coursework, industry certifications, internships, previous IT employment, independent technical experience, or a combination of these.
The position provides technical support to business clients across a wide variety of environments, including Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, networking, business applications, and security technologies. As technical capabilities develop, opportunities expand into servers, Azure, virtualization, cybersecurity, automation, and technical projects.
Successful candidates will possess:
