Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our Community Administration Team. The successful candidate will work within a professional, efficient, and friendly office environment from November 2026.
This is a maternity cover position; however, there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate, subject to organisational requirements and a satisfactory performance review.
Main duties of the job
Delivering the technical support for clinics. Programming and downloading cardiac monitors.
The post holder is required to undertake general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, sending out mail/distributing mail.
Provide an efficient administration service as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the clinics and to support our clinicians.
IT skills are essential.
To receive and deal with telephone and other enquiries regarding appointments from patients and referring GPs.
To pass letters and referrals to the relevant GPs for initial assessment.
Any other duties that may be reasonably expected of the post holder for the provision of services as directed by the Practice Manager.
