Decontamination Technician - Olympus
We are currently seeking experienced Decontamination Technicians to join our team on an insourcing basis, supporting NHS Trusts. You will play a vital role in the safe and efficient reprocessing of surgical instruments, working with our partner hospitals to reduce waiting lists and support patient safety.
This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, reliable, and confident working in new environments and who have hands-on experience with Olympus washer disinfectors and drying cabinets.

OperateOlympus washer disinfectors and drying cabinetsin line with Trust protocols and national decontamination standards Clean, inspect, and pack surgical instruments for sterilisation Ensure accurate use of tracking systems and documentation Adhere to infection prevention and control policies Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team in a fast-paced setting

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Requirements: - Currently practising, or has practised, as a Decontamination Technician for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months. - Proven experience working in the NHS - Olympus experience
