About this role
We are excited to be launching our school-led wraparound care provision and are looking to appoint a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Assistant to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new provision from the very beginning, working alongside experienced colleagues to create a positive, welcoming start to the day for our pupils.
Working hours: Up to 3 mornings per week (flexibility available) 7:30am - 8:45am
About the role: You will support the delivery of a high-quality breakfast club, helping to provide a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can settle into the school day. This will include:
Welcoming and supervising pupils Supporting play and simple activities Preparing and serving breakfast Promoting positive behaviour and relationships Ensuring children feel happy, safe and ready to learn We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with children and can build positive relationships Is reliable, flexible and works well as part of a team Has a calm and caring approach Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Experience of working with children is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their experience in a school setting.
