Adult and paediatric community services, provided in collaboration with West Suffolk Alliance partners, include a range of nursing, therapy, specialist, and ongoing temporary care and rehabilitation, some at our Newmarket Community Hospital.

Person Specification

Education and qualifications Essential

oProven computer literacy oGood standard of general education (including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent)

Desirable

oRSA II or equivalent typing oAMSPAR Certificate

Experience and knowledge Essential

oPrevious experience as PA or secretary/administration experience

Desirable

oPrevious NHS or related environment oMedical terminology oCustomer care experience

Skills and abilities Essential

oTouch typing oAccurate keyboard skills oAble to demonstrate skills that ensure tasks are completed accurately and within a given timeframe.

Desirable

oAudio typing oKnowledge of the hospital administration system oUnderstanding of databases oAble to take minutes.
