Are you a physiotherapist who has extensive experience in Women's Health and keen to work in a first-class teaching hospital? Are you committed to the provision of evidence-based practice and the development of staff? Do you want to work in an environment with world class facilities with a focus on pelvic health; education of undergraduate and postgraduate students; research and clinical audit?

The post holder will oversee a team at Whipps Cross Hospital and Newham. They will have the opportunity to work alongside different specialties including, Obstetric department, Urology department, Maternity department and attend MDT's.
Funding for external courses will be supported where possible.

To provide specialist assessment, treatment, and advice to patients within the field of women's health, facilitating and maximising patient potential within the serviceboundaries

oTo have clinical experience in the relevant field at Band 7 oEvidence of recent and relevant managerial experience e.g. team leader

oExpert knowledge of relevant Women's health conditions oEvidence of ability to demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills oUnderstand clinical governance and its implications for service delivery and demonstrate evidence of its application such audit and SOP

oTraining of junior staff in relevant conditions, treatment and management

Post graduate training in specialist field demonstrating advanced knowledge and treatment of complex pelvic health conditions.
