Qualifications Essential

To be successful, candidates must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards residents and others in the home. They should be efficient, capable of carrying reasonable instructions from team members, and adaptable to cover responsibilities at short notice. A thorough induction and training program is provided.
