Main duties of the job
Our RSWs support our clients in the community with everyday tasks such as food and meal preparation, toileting support, catheter care, personal care and other daily activities. Due to this you MUST hold a UK driving license and have access to a car.
This role involves working a two week rolling rota with alternate weekends.
We have two posts availible with the below shift times.
(7:00 - 13:00 & 17:00 - 21:00)
(8:00 - 13:00 & 18:00 - 22:00)
PLEASE NOTE ANNUAL SALARY IS BASED ON 37 HOURS, THIS WILL BE PRO RATA TO THE RELEVANT HOURS

Person Specification
Experience Essential
Experience of working within a Health and / or social care background. Experience of working with the public, face to face. (A & I) Experience of working directly with older and or physically disabled/vulnerable people.
Desirable
Experience of working with clients towards goal based support plans
Qualifications Essential
Minimum of NVQ level 2 in health or social care, or a commitment to work towards achievement of appropriate National Vocational Qualifications or equivalent within agreed target. A driver's licence (A & I)
Desirable
NVQ 3 in Health or Social Care
