Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, enthusiastic, Reliable and motivated Practice Nurse to join our busy, friendly, 2 partner, 7 salaried GP practice with approximately 12,300 patients over three sites. Hanley Health Centre, Abbey Surgery and Foden Street Surgery.
Full time working hours 30-37 can be discussed for sucessful applicants during interview
Main duties of the job
Duties will include General nursing duties, childhood and adult immunisations, injections, cervical cytology, chronic disease management, wound management, contraceptive advice, assisting with QOF/QIF and audits. (This list is not exhaustive)The ideal candidate will:have a caring nature, be well organised, have excellent communication skills, be a team player, have up to date vaccinations and immunisation qualification,have cervical cytology qualification. We would like the applicant to have experience with Emis, Docman, Ice (preferable not essential)

Applicant should be Registered with nmc Have up to date vaccination and immunisation qualifications and training up to date
