As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub, youll play a vital role across the patient pathway, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.
You will:
Provide high-quality, patient-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.Contribute to clinical audits, research, and service development initiatives.Support safe, efficient theatre operations and optimal use of resources.Help create a positive, empathetic environment for patients, colleagues, and visitors

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (4 days a week 8am to 6pm)
Salary: up to £42,198.00 per annum, depending on experience
Person Specification
About You Essential
You are a dedicated and motivated practitioner with a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care. Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3) Previous experience in a theatre environment Previous scrub experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care
Desirable
Orthopaedic experience Mentorship or clinical supervision qualification Evidence of continued professional development.
