Job summary We are currently recruiting for Kitchen Assistant with previous experience working in a catering or kitchen environment at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. Our current need is to cover early and late shifts, working full-time (37.5 hours a week) across a 7 day rota (Monday Sunday) Early shift times 7:30am 3:30pm Late shift times 10am 7pm You will assist the Chef in ensuring that all catering areas are maintained in a hygienic, clean, tidy and safe manner, as per the operational standards, and assist in all relevant aspects of the catering operation as required.

Assist the team in the providing balanced, appetising meals Perform basic food preparation, cooking tasks & other kitchen duties Wash utensils, dishes & make sure they are stored appropriately Sort, store & distribute ingredients, check deliveries and assist with stock ordering Promote and ensure the good reputation of the Hospital.
