About this role

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Administrator Coordinator to join the Dynamic Support Pathway team based at County Hall, Glenfield.

The Dynamic Support Pathway provides coordinated support for individuals with a learning disability and/or autism who are at risk of admission to hospital or experiencing a placement breakdown.

The post holder will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective administration of the pathway, supporting clinicians, operational staff, partner agencies, service users, and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admin team, coordinating meetings, managing referral processes, maintaining accurate records and data systems, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.

This is a rewarding role requiring excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills within a fast-paced environment.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who:

Has significant administrative experience within a healthcare, social care, or public sector setting.

Experience of managing staff, Possesses excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Is able to manage competing priorities and work independently. Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.

Has experience of arranging meetings, minute taking, and maintaining confidential records.

Is committed to delivering high-quality support and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the administrative functions of the Dynamic Support Pathway.

Manage referrals and ensure timely processing and allocation. Organise + support Dynamic Support Pathway (DSP) meetings, Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews, and other pathway-related meetings.

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate electronic records and databases, ensuring data quality and compliance with information governance requirements.

Produce reports, activity data, and performance information as required.

Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Support clinicians + managers with the coordination of pathway activities and service improvements.

Develop + maintain effective working relationships with health, social care, education + voluntary.
