What You'll Do
As Outpatients & Pre-Assessment Manager, you'll manage and lead the Outpatients and Pre-Assessment departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to teams, ensuring safe, patient-centred care.Promote high clinical standards and lead safety initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee pre-operative assessments and manage complex patient pathways.Ensure efficient outpatient clinic operations and optimize scheduling.Lead governance processes, monitor incidents, and support quality improvement.Develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring staff development.Manage departmental budgets and KPIs, supporting service growth.Build relationships with consultants and collaborate across departments.What You'll Bring
Registered Nurse with NMC registration.Management experience in Outpatients or Pre-Assessment.Strong clinical background and leadership skills.Knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Why Join us?
