Key deliverables of the role · Partner with Sales and PSO teams to provide financial inputs for day-to-day business decisions. · Analyse Revenue and BTL spends across channels and geographies to identify risks and growth opportunities. · Compute, account, and analyse procurement costs, manufacturing costs, freight costs, GC margins across products · Ownership of Fixed Overhead spends across functions. · Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for business teams and track agreed actions to closure. Experience and leadership competencies · 2+ years of relevant experience in an D2C start-up. · Proficiency in SAP and MS office is a must · Previous experience in sales finance or finance business partnering within FMCG · CA 1st attempt for Manager is necessary Team and Structure This role will report to the Finance Lead – Godrej Pet Care unit within Godrej Consumer Products.
