• Assist members over the phone with healthcare eligibility and coverage questions • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries • Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate information to a diverse member population, including seniors • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and performance goals • Work in a collaborative, team-oriented call center environment What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred) • Familiarity with medical terminology • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable using computers and working within a Windows environment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Why This Opportunity? Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Elkridge, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
