Program Manager US - RemoteThe Marketing team drives everyday usage for consumer-facing products through full-channel marketing that builds cultural relevance and accelerates business results. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to bridge the gap between marketing channel portfolios, marketing teams, and product teams. This Program Manager will be a key operational partner and the primary liaison between Channel Foundations, Marketing, and Product teams, leading GTM and editorial calendars as well as integrated campaign rollouts.The ideal candidate has demonstrated ability to lead effective cross-functional processes for managing marketing calendars and campaigns, along with the right mix of brand and product knowledge to lead execution end-to-end. Excellent communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are essential. This person must be able to unify teams around a strategic north star in a highly cross-functional and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
• Build and maintain marketing editorial and GTM calendars across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social, Communications, Creator Marketing, and Product teams. • Oversee the end-to-end execution of 360 campaigns, ensuring stakeholders remain on track with commitments while identifying opportunities to improve scalability and reduce time-to-launch. • Own and optimize Channel Foundations team processes, workflows, and guidelines for leveraging owned, shared, and paid channels with marketing stakeholders, as well as creative development in partnership with Brand Operations, Legal, and Policy stakeholders. • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively driving alignment on priorities, key dates, and action items while ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with strategy. • Lead execution and documentation of all campaign elements from start to finish, including workback plans, technical requirements, reporting, and stakeholder communications. • Plan and facilitate creative workshops with cross-functional and agency partners to define creative approaches for major campaign windows and custom initiatives. • 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or related discipline within consumer technology. • Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects and complex requirements simultaneously. • Experience leading project plans across marketing, brand, design, product, and engineering functions. • Experience building, identifying, and/or maintaining measurement systems in partnership with data science teams. • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance reporting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate business results and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
