• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, field sales teams, technicians, and third-party service providers. • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails in a professional and solution-oriented manner. • Respond to inquiries regarding account information, products, pricing, availability, order status, shipments, and service requests. • Receive, prioritize, schedule, and dispatch service requests to ensure timely resolution. • Monitor work orders and provide proactive updates to customers and service partners. • Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues while escalating complex matters as needed. • Process operational transactions including purchase orders, credits, rebills, rentals, demo assets, and new account setups. • Maintain accurate documentation, service records, reporting, and administrative data. • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations and service goals. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with cross-functional projects. • Manage approximately 10-20 inbound and outbound calls daily. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatching, service coordination, manufacturing, or a related operational environment. • High School Diploma or GED. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
