Job Summary We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows environments, managing user accounts, and resolving technical issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, and end-user technology. • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system issues. • Install, configure, image, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware. • Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and group membership within Active Directory. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues. • Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment. • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networks, and related technologies. • Assist with device deployments, hardware refreshes, upgrades, and asset management activities. • Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions within the ticketing system. • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary. • Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting users across manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments. Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. • Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies. • Experience administering user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, and connectivity troubleshooting. • Experience supporting printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripheral technologies. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service and end-user support experience. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management practices. • Experience with PC deployments, imaging, and hardware refresh projects. • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent technical certifications. Top Skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
