Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery to convert materials to established specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operations and the ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.Responsibilities
• Perform all duties necessary to set up, adjust, and operate one or more pieces of equipment, ensuring materials are converted to established specifications. • Select proper job supplies, verify material conformity to order requirements, and properly align materials to prevent waste. Report any discrepancies. • Transfer completed materials from the machine to appropriate storage units, ensuring proper packaging and cleanliness. • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly fashion. • Package or prepare materials for shipment, tagging or labeling materials with required information and completing work orders and records. • Assist in monitoring required supplies, materials, and equipment, and fill out inventory use slips for stock material used. • Perform tasks within rated production standards and provide feedback when production standards are exceeded. • Comply with rules and regulations of employment as outlined in the Associate Handbook. • Ensure all quality standards are met, perform necessary tests, and complete data collection/documentation as required by the Quality Program. • May be assigned additional duties as required by the supervisor. Essential Skills
• 1+ years of Machine Operator experience • 1+ years of high-speed machine operator experience • Ability to read and write effectively • Proficiency in using measurement tools, including a tape measure • Basic math skills Additional Skills & Qualifications

Once hired, employees can accrue up to 3 weeks of PTO per year, prorated based on their start date.Work EnvironmentWork in a large, clean manufacturing facility, primarily independently but sometimes in small groups of 2-3. Training is conducted on the 1st shift from 6 am to 2 pm for 3-4 months. Regular shifts are 1st shift from 6 am-2 pm, 2nd shift from 2 pm-10 pm, and 3rd shift from 10 pm-6 am. Be prepared for varying shifts, including during the week and on Saturdays. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
