Job Title: Lot Attendant / Vehicle DetailerJob DescriptionThe Lot Attendant / Vehicle Detailer cleans and details a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, presentable inventory by thoroughly cleaning interiors and exteriors, ensuring each vehicle is ready for customers and meets quality standards.Responsibilities
• Clean and detail a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. • Wash vehicle exteriors, including body panels, wheels, and tires, to ensure a spotless appearance. • Clean windows and windshields inside and out for clear visibility and a polished finish. • Vacuum vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and floor mats, to remove dirt and debris. • Wipe down and clean seats, dashboards, consoles, and other interior surfaces. • Perform general labor tasks related to vehicle cleaning and lot organization as needed. • Follow established cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality. • Work efficiently to complete assigned vehicles within the expected timeframes. • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment. • Collaborate with team members and participate in weekly team meetings. Essential Skills
• Experience with general labor tasks in a physically active role. • Ability to perform car washing and basic automotive cleaning duties. • Strong work ethic and motivation to learn and grow within the company. • Reliability and consistency in following instructions and completing tasks. • Attention to detail when cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Preferred experience in automotive detailing or vehicle cleaning. • Openness to training and learning new detailing techniques. • Experience from a variety of industries is welcome; no specific industry experience required. • Desire for long-term growth and advancement into different positions within the organization. Work involves using standard car washing and detailing tools and supplies, and requires comfort with physical tasks such as standing, bending, and moving around vehicles throughout the shift. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
