$42.00/HR, 2nd Shift! Maintenance Technician Join Our Maintenance Team! We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative maintenance team while supporting production through preventative maintenance and rapid response to equipment issues. Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. • Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and unscheduled maintenance calls. • Install, align, dismantle, and maintain machinery to improve reliability and performance. • Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. • Troubleshoot motors, drives, relays, switches, sensors, and other electrical components. • Repair and maintain conveyors, bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and related equipment. • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. • Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment. • Partner with production and maintenance teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. • Follow all plant safety policies, environmental procedures, and PPE requirements. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. Required Skills & Experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. • Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices. • Experience working with industrial machinery and automated equipment. • Familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems and motor controls. • Ability to safely troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V. • Experience installing and repairing electric motors, drives, relays, switches, and control components. • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and fluid power systems. • Experience maintaining conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and sprockets. • Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams and schematics. • Strong commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience. • Manufacturing, packaging, corrugated, processing, or production environment experience. • PLC troubleshooting experience. • Mechanical and electrical maintenance certification, technical degree, or trade school training. • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and root cause analysis. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $71760.00 - $87360.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Our goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
