Candidates will initially train on the 3:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift and will then transition to 2nd shift, 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM.This position involves performing visual inspections, supporting production processes, and ensuring products meet quality and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities
• Perform visual inspections of products and components. • Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns. • Follow established production and inspection procedures. • Handle materials carefully to prevent contamination or damage. • Document inspection results accurately. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures. • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks. • Work effectively throughout a 12-hour shift. Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Comfortable performing repetitive production and inspection tasks. • Ability to stand and move around for most of the shift. • Comfortable working in a controlled cleanroom environment. • Previous manufacturing, production, cleanroom, or inspection experience is a plus. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Northumberland, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
