We're looking for hands-on Maintenance Mechanics who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.What You'll Do
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems • Maintain conveyors, motors, bearings, rollers, and other plant machinery • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and production line improvements • Work closely with maintenance team members and production personnel to maximize uptime What We're Looking For
• Experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, automotive repair, or a related field • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, electrical systems, PLCs, or welding is a plus • Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment • Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment Why Join Us?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $63086.00 - $72571.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Benefits as followed:
