• Cut and process tool steel to precise customer specifications. • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. • Read and use tape measures accurately down to 1/8 inch. • Lift, move, and handle steel materials weighing up to 50 lbs. • Transport materials throughout the facility. • Receive forklift training and gain experience operating material handling equipment. • Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards. What We're Looking For
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/8 inch. • Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals. • Comfortable working with hand and power tools. • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift. • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. • Comfortable participating in a hands-on working interview. Preferred Experience
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, or industrial experience. • Experience using measuring tools, cutting equipment, or material handling equipment. • Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available. Why You'll Want This Job

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
