• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and metal alloy products • Grind, fit, and finish welded components • Read and follow specifications to ensure quality standards are met • Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship • Safely operate welding equipment and tools • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams as needed Qualifications Required
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding • Experience working with steel and metal alloys • Ability to pass Vertical and Horizontal MIG and TIG Weld Tests • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively Preferred
• Mechanical experience • Hydraulic systems experience • Manufacturing or fabrication Schedule 1st Shift 🕖 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available before shift 2nd Shift 🕞 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Overtime available after shift 10-Hour Shifts AvailableMust be willing to work either shift based on business needs. What We're Looking For We're looking for welders who:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $63000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
