As a HR Business Partnering Consultant, you'll partner with leaders to deliver meaningful people outcomes, support organisational change initiatives, and help shape the employee experience across Tech & Ops. Working alongside Principal HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise, you'll combine data, insights and practical problem-solving to support strategic priorities while continuously improving how we work. This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders, Principal HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to deliver people initiatives aligned to our new strategy, business and people plans. • Support and coordinate organisational change, lead restructures and transformation activities using data, insights and change methodologies. • Lead impactful HR projects that employee engagement, strengthen capability and improve business outcomes. • Harness data, AI and digital tools to unlock insights, simplify processes and support evidence based decision making. • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing practical advice and support across a range of people matters. • Deliver key annual people activities and help ensure priorities are executed effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and create better experiences for leaders and employees. • Experience partnering with leaders to deliver practical people and business outcomes. • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset with a passion for finding better ways of working. • Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships across a broad stakeholder group. • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment. • Comfort using data, digital tools or AI to support decisions and solve problems. • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. • A willingness to learn, embrace change and contribute positively to team success.
