• Direct overall operations and strategic planning for the PACE organization, driving financial performance, forecasting, and census growth while integrating Catholic healthcare mission and core values into the culture. • Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, religious directives, and internal policies to maintain the highest standard of care and risk management. • Oversee the complete employee lifecycleâincluding hiring, performance management, and continuing educationâto build and retain high-performing operational and clinical teams. • Serve as the primary executive liaison to the Board of Directors, presenting operational reports, driving governance strategy, and translating organizational objectives into actionable policies. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Nursing Home Administrator preferred. Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
