We currently have multiple opportunities for Lunchtime Organisers to join our fantastic central team at Orchard House High School.
These are permanent post working 10 hours per week,11.45am - 1:45pm during term time only. The starting salary is £6,030 and the full time equivalent is £25,185 Grade 2.
Orchard House High School, a new and growing special educational needs school which opened in 2025, is seeking to appoint dedicated and caring Lunchtime Organisers to join our central team.

About the role
As Lunchtime Organiser you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of additional needs, working closely with teaching staff and the wider school community. Key responsibilities include:
Supervise students in dining areas and around the schoolSupport healthy eating and encourage positive social interactionsAssist with a range of lunchtime clubs (e.g. sports, arts, sensory activities)Attend to students’ personal needs, including feeding, hygiene and welfareRespond to minor incidents and seek first aid support where requiredHelp ensure lunchtime is a calm, enjoyable experience for all pupils and staffTo find out more about the full responsibilities of the role and/or to ensure you meet the essential criteria, please review the attached job description.
