Marketing Associate III

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to develop and maintain our digital advertising and paid media programs. This role will own the company’s employer brand advertising efforts as a part of the brand’s overall business goals.
This position is responsible for day-to-day management and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and sits within the broader brand team, working closely with social, creative and web teams to support enterprise objectives. The role requires multi-platform expertise to plan and optimize the best approach to achieve the desired performance, drawing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement along the way.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and monitor paid activations on digital advertising platforms including major social media platforms and Google, with an emphasis on driving talent acquisition and recruitment for the brand. • Responsible for allocated funds and campaign budgeting. • Partner with social lead to inform holistic platform strategies, brand health, audience sentiment and cohesive messaging. • Identify new opportunities to leverage quality lead acquisition of qualified talent. • Assess analytics and optimize tactics accordingly. Report performance metrics for leadership on a quarterly basis. • Ideate and brief creative team on proposed marketing content to develop media assets for relevant business areas. • Manage internal stakeholders to keep campaigns organized and launching on schedule. • Coordinate publications and advertising activities with the business portfolio and affiliated brands.

Job Qualifications: • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and six or more years of progressive experience in marketing. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. • Must demonstrate complete understanding of marketing principles, concepts, practices and standards and have excellent organization skills including scheduling and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates. • Must be able to contribute to the development of new processes. • Must be customer focused and possess: • the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and use independent judgment in developing solutions to a variety of complex problems, • excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings • excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management and customers, • the ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects, and • excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required. • Must be a US citizen
