Your Role This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the data project including requirements elicitation, data architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the design artifacts in data; to deliver high quality code deliverables, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Your Key Responsibilities

• Participation in the estimation, planning, and sizing of AI/ML, Agentic AI and Generative AI workstreams, providing accurate inputs to project managers for project planning and execution • Analyze and understand functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders, and translate them into scalable AI and system requirements • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards • Create and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation artifacts for AI-driven applications and platforms • Build and manage data pipelines and AI-ready data infrastructure, including data ingestion, transformation, feature engineering, vectorization, and data preparation for AI model consumption • Develop and review artifacts (Code, Mapping, Documentation, Monitoring scripts and Unit test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers, conduct unit test and document unit test results for complex data programs in order to build the application and make it ready for validation/deliver • Work with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Japan citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. • At least 4 years of experience in AI/ Gen AI, ML/DL, Data visualization. Preferred Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, and cloud-native solution development on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks • Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python, machine learning frameworks, APIs, and MLOps/LLMOps practices • Good understanding of data governance, AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles for enterprise environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in software development life cycle • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. 役割概要 本ポジションでは、主に主要ステークホルダーとの連携を担当し、要件定義、データアーキテクチャの策定・設計など、データプロジェクトの各フェーズにおいて高度な技術力を発揮していただきます。また、データ領域における設計成果物の作成において重要な役割を担い、高品質なコードの提供、各種テストの検証リード、および導入・移行・保守保証に関連するサポート業務を担当します。さらに、チームワークとコラボレーションを推進し、卓越した成果が評価され、多様性が尊重される学習文化の一員として活躍していただきます。

職務内容 (Key Responsibilities) • AI/ML、Agentic AI、および生成AIに関するワークストリームの工数見積もり、計画立案、規模策定に参画し、プロジェクトマネージャーへ正確な情報を提供することで、プロジェクトの計画および実行を支援する。 • ビジネスアナリスト、アーキテクト、および各種ステークホルダーと連携し、機能要件・非機能要件を分析・理解した上で、スケーラブルなAIおよびシステム要件へ落とし込む。 • エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、セキュリティ、およびガバナンス標準に準拠したAI/MLおよび生成AIソリューションの設計、開発、実装を行う。 • AI活用アプリケーションおよびプラットフォーム向けに、ソリューション設計書、技術仕様書、アーキテクチャ図、実装成果物を作成・維持管理する。 • データ取り込み（Ingestion）、データ変換、特徴量エンジニアリング、ベクトル化、およびAIモデル利用のためのデータ準備を含む、AI対応データパイプラインおよびデータ基盤の構築・管理を行う。 • コード、マッピング定義書、各種ドキュメント、監視スクリプト、単体テストスクリプトなどの成果物を作成・レビューし、自身およびチームメンバーの成果物レビューを実施する。また、複雑なデータプログラムに対する単体テストを実施し、その結果を文書化し、検証および本番リリースに向けた品質確保を行う。 • ダイナミックな環境下において、クロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながら業務を遂行する。

必須スキル (Required Skills) • 認定機関における学士号、または同等の海外学位を有すること。なお、学歴の代替として、各学年に対して当該分野での3年間の段階的な実務経験を考慮する場合があります。 • IT（情報技術）分野において、8年以上の実務経験を有すること。 • 日本国籍を有する方、または日本国内で就労可能な資格を有する方。なお、現時点ではビザスポンサーシップの提供は行っておりません。 • AI／生成AI（GenAI）、機械学習（ML）／深層学習（DL）、およびデータ可視化分野において、4年以上の実務経験を有する。
