Your Role This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the data project including requirements elicitation, data architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the design artifacts in data; to deliver high quality code deliverables, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Your Key Responsibilities
• Participation in the estimation of work product related to data in order to provide right information to PM for overall project estimation • Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional by going through the specifications and with inputs from business analysts and translate the same to systems requirements in order to create a systems requirements document and participate effectively in the design, development and testing phases of the data project • Create data design documents in order to provide deliverables in line with architectural requirements • Build data infrastructure for extraction, transformation and loading of data from data sourcing to consumption • Build and optimize data pipeline and manage metadata • Define data management process to improve data quality • Develop and review artifacts (Code, Mapping, Documentation, Monitoring scripts and Unit test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers, conduct unit test and document unit test results for complex data programs in order to build the application and make it ready for validation/delivery • Work with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Japan citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. • At least 4 years of experience in ETL, DWH/BI, Data visualization. Preferred Qualifications • At least 4 years of experience in ETL, DWH/BI, Data visualization, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud, MDM, Snowflake, SQL Databases, No SQL Database – Dynamo DB, Cassandra, MongoDB • At least 4 years of experience in Data and Analytics domain • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in software development life cycle • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. 役割概要 このポジションは主に、主要なステークホルダーとの連携を担当し、要件定義、データアーキテクチャの策定・設計を含むデータプロジェクトの各フェーズにおいて技術的な専門知識を発揮する役割を担います。また、データ領域における設計成果物の作成において重要な役割を果たし、高品質なコードの開発・提供、各種テストの検証リード、および導入、移行、保守保証に関連するサポート業務を担当します。
さらに、チームワークとコラボレーションを重視し、卓越した成果が評価され、多様性が尊重される学習文化の一員として業務を遂行していただきます。 職務内容 (Key Responsibilities) • データ関連成果物の工数見積りに参画し、プロジェクト全体の見積りに必要な適切な情報をプロジェクトマネージャー（PM）へ提供する。 • 仕様書やビジネスアナリストからのインプットを基に、機能要件および非機能要件を理解し、それらをシステム要件へ変換してシステム要件定義書を作成する。また、データプロジェクトの設計、開発、およびテストフェーズに効果的に参画する。 • アーキテクチャ要件に沿った成果物を提供するため、データ設計書を作成する。 • データソースから利用・活用までの一連のデータ抽出（Extract）、変換（Transform）、ロード（Load）を実現するためのデータ基盤を構築する。 • データパイプラインの構築および最適化を行い、メタデータを管理する。 • データ品質向上のためのデータマネジメントプロセスを定義する。 • 複雑なデータプログラムにおいて、コード、マッピング定義、ドキュメント、監視スクリプト、単体テストスクリプトなどの成果物を作成・レビューする。また、自身およびチームメンバーの成果物レビューを実施し、単体テストを実施したうえで結果を文書化し、アプリケーションを検証およびリリース可能な状態に整備する。 • 変化の激しい環境において、クロスファンクショナルなチームと連携しながら業務を遂行する。 必須スキル (Required Qualifications) • 認定された教育機関における学士号、またはそれに相当する学歴を有すること。なお、学歴の代替として、該当専門分野における段階的な実務経験3年を学歴1年分として考慮します。 • IT（情報技術）分野において8年以上の実務経験を有すること。 • 日本国籍を有する方、または日本での就労許可を有する方を歓迎します。なお、現時点ではビザスポンサーシップの提供は行っておりません。 • ETL（Extract, Transform, Load）、DWH/BI（データウェアハウス／ビジネスインテリジェンス）、およびデータ可視化領域において4年以上の実務経験を有すること。 歓迎スキル (Preferred Qualifications) • TL（Extract, Transform, Load）、DWH/BI（データウェアハウス／ビジネスインテリジェンス）、データ可視化、AWS／Azure／GCPクラウド、MDM（Master Data Management）、Snowflake、SQLデータベース、および NoSQL データベース（DynamoDB、Cassandra、MongoDB）において4年以上の実務経験。 • データおよびアナリティクス領域において4年以上の実務経験。 • 優れた口頭および文書によるコミュニケーション能力。 • ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）に関する経験。 • 多様なステークホルダーが関与する環境において、チームの一員として効果的に業務を遂行できる能力。 グローバルデリバリー環境での業務経験、またはそのような環境で働く意欲を有する。
