Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders ⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency ⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure ⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes ⦁ Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency ⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities ⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective ⦁ Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience: • Drives infrastructure solutions across data center modernization, private and hybrid cloud, virtualization, HPC, CaaS, Infra for AI, AI POD and AI Factory-led transformation. • The role plays technology solution consultant role across pursuits, translating capabilities into client ready solutions and vendor/client price book patterns. • Instrumental in bringing together Data center, Network, Cyber, Cloud and MS solution elements into one coherent end-to-end proposal. • Prior Pre-Sales & Cross-Industry Transformation Experience. • Enterprise & Cross-Domain Architecture. • Techno-Commercial Acumen. • Stakeholder Collaboration & Transformation Consulting. • Communication & Expectation Management.
Preferred Skill and Experience: • Ability to define complex, AI-enabled infrastructure architectures and anchor solution reviews across data center, cloud, network, cyber and managed services towers. • Understanding of consulting, presales, solutioning and pricing frameworks, including assumptions, dependency mapping, effort models, vendor bill of material and client price book alignment. • Contribute to thought leadership participate in calls relationship with analysts in her/his focus areas • Ability to leverage domain knowledge and AI-first solution thinking to solve business and IT problems from a technology, operating model and commercial perspective, while switching context across multiple infrastructure services. • Customer, vendor, alliance and internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead pursuits and integrate inputs from Data center, Network, Cyber, Cloud and MS teams. • Identify and create printable artifacts guides and author papers • Contribute to performance appraisals and career aspiration programs for junior team members and lead technical discussions with customer technology experts to articulate technical value and differentiation.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
