• auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Prepare and reconcile merit-cycle inputs, bonus or STI data, executive-compensation transactions and benefits-spend information. • auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Quality-check benefits, compensation, pension, mobility and job-architecture records. • auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Audit total rewards program data against approved COE guidance and resolve administrative exceptions. • auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Prepare compensation benchmark datasets and statutory or management reports • auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Coordinate complex mobility cases, relocation services, immigration documentation and compliance-deadline tracking. • auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Support global mobility steering activities, assignment administration, vendor follow-up, invoicing and cost charging. • auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Resolve complex employee rewards inquiries • auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in">Coach associates, maintain SOPs and monitor service levels, cycle readiness and data quality.
