Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking an Admin for Executive & Site Experience. This is a great opportunity for early talent to get their foot in the door with Eaton! The Admin for Executive & Site Experience delivers a consistent employee, visitor, and leadership experience for the Bussmann Division at Ellisville, MO. The position coordinates customer and visitor engagements, site and leadership events, employee communications, recognition and engagement activities, and selected cross-functional projects. It also provides dedicated executive support to the Vice President and General Manager as a defined service commitment of approximately thirty percent of the role.
The role is not your normal admin position, it connects daily execution to the division’s commercial experience and culture priorities. It anticipates needs, coordinates stakeholders, maintains professional communications, and tracks commitments so that leadership priorities, site experiences and employee-facing activities are executed consistently and on time. The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year.

What you'll do: Executive and leadership-team support (30%)
Coordinates the VP/GM’s calendar priorities, travel, expense reporting, meeting logistics and leadership communications so that time and attention remain aligned to division priorities. Prepares agendas, presentation materials, briefing documents and follow-up communications for leadership meetings, operating reviews and planning sessions. Tracks actions, decisions and commitments to closure, escalating conflicts or delays to the direct manager and VP/GM as appropriate. Handles confidential leadership, personnel and commercial information with appropriate discretion. Site, visitor and event coordination (25%)
Coordinates the end-to-end experience for customers, distributors, suppliers, candidates and leadership visitors, including arrival, reception, meeting-room readiness, catering and agenda logistics. Plans and executes leadership meetings, Experience Center engagements, employee activities and site celebrations, managing vendors, budgets, logistics and post-event follow-up. Partners with Facilities, Security, EHS, Human Resources and Marketing to deliver a professional, safe and brand-consistent site experience. Internal communications (20%)
Prepares and distributes town hall materials, leadership updates, employee announcements and site newsletters on behalf of site and division leadership. Maintains an internal communication calendar so that messages are planned, sequenced and aligned across the organization. Applies Eaton and Bussmann brand standards across employee-facing communications, events and site materials. Employee engagement and culture (15%)
Coordinates recognition, service awards, wellness activities, community involvement and employee-engagement events within the policies, budgets and eligibility criteria established by Human Resources. Coordinates the welcome and first-week experience for new employees and leaders, while Human Resources retains responsibility for documentation, systems and compliance. Supports leadership visibility and culture activities that strengthen connection across the Ellisville site. Special projects and reporting (10%)
Coordinates selected cross-functional projects sponsored by the VP/GM or direct manager, developing workplans, communications and status updates. Reports available measures for visitor and event feedback, employee participation and communication reach to support continuous improvement. Identifies execution risks, competing priorities and resource needs early and recommends practical next steps.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum two years of relevant experience. Relevant internships, co-op assignments, and demonstrated leadership experience may be considered as part of the experience requirement. Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in:
supporting a senior leader while also owning programs, projects, events or communications. coordinating customer, client or leadership visits in a manufacturing, industrial or technical environment. writing internal communications or developing presentation materials for a leadership audience. managing event vendors, budgets, schedules and follow-up activities. proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with communication, survey, project-tracking or event-management tools.
