About this role
You will:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that secure strong progress for all pupils, with particular attention to disadvantaged pupils, pupils with SEND and those with EAL.Use assessment effectively to identify next steps and adapt teaching.Promote pupils’ personal development, wellbeing and positive behaviour in line with school expectations.Participate fully in the statutory ECT induction programme and school CPD.
