About the role You will be responsible for supporting a nominated pupil, inspiring children and colleagues to be the best they can and promote a growth mindset approach. Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable although not essential.
Prepare classroom as directed for lessons, clear afterwards and assist with the
display of pupils' workBe aware of pupil problems/progress/achievements and report to the teacher as
agreedUndertake pupil record keeping as requestedSupport the teacher in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriateProvide clerical/admin. support e.g. photocopying, typing, filing, collecting money etc. For more information, please see attached candidate pack
About you We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and happy person who wants to be part of a school where you are valued and your hard work recognised. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to show empathy and patience and be a collaborative team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
