Superior Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and experienced Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to join our specialist team, providing one-to-one care for a delightful 6-year-old client in Benenden. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Children’s Complex Care Support Worker, you will:
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to your client’s individual needsBuild a trusting and meaningful relationship with both the child and their familySupport clinical and daily living needs in a home environmentWork closely with our experienced clinical team to provide safe, high-quality carePromote comfort, wellbeing, independence, and quality of life Shift Information
Location: Benenden, Kent
Shift Pattern: 12-hour waking nights
Available Nights: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from experienced support workers who have worked with children and are confident providing complex care.
Experience with the following is highly desirable:
PEG and/or Mickey Button feedingMedication administrationSupporting children with complex healthcare needsCommunity-based complex care experience Most importantly, you’ll be caring, reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care to children and their families.
