You will be responsible for leading installation teams, supporting them with technical guidance, quality assurance and performance management. This is a predominantly supervisory role, although there may be occasions where you will be required to assist on the tools or provide hands-on technical support.

A key part of the role will involve checking completed works, carrying out quality inspections and ensuring engineers consistently meet contract and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support a team of Gas Install EngineersManage the delivery of gas installationsOversee boarding, surveying and installation activitiesConduct regular site visits and quality inspectionsCheck and sign off completed installation worksEnsure all works are carried out safely and in line with current regulationsDeliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health and safety cultureSupport engineers with technical guidance and problem-solvingMonitor productivity, quality and customer satisfactionManage resources effectively to maximise operational efficiencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersEnsure compliance, audits and inspections are completed accuratelyManage escalations and resolve operational issues professionallyDrive continuous improvement and best practice across the team What We Need From YouEssential Current ACS qualifications including: CCN1HTR1CKR1CENWAT Relevant Minor Works qualification/certification required for boiler installationsFull UK Driving LicenceStrong technical knowledge of domestic gas installations and maintenanceGood IT and system skillsExcellent understanding of health & safety and compliance requirementsStrong communication and organisational skills Experience We welcome applications from:
