GENERAL INFORMATION

Title: Scholarship Coordinator Department: E. C. Glass High School Salary Grade: Schedule A FLSA Status: Exempt

Site/Location: E. C. Glass High School Reports to: Building Administrator Date: 09/29/2026

POSITION SUMMARY

The candidate performs a variety of office procedures in the Guidance Office and performs related work as required by the director and/or building administrator.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Counsel by answering the phone, working with students, and other office duties as required.

• Organize Senior and Academic Awards Ceremonies.

• Coordinate with college representatives for College Night and other college visits.

• Schedule volunteers and student assistants in the Guidance Department. Maintains confidentiality.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED, minimum; proficient in editing and proofing skills; proficient in oral and written communication skills.
