About this role
This position will perform physical repairs and hardware support on Chromebooks, Apple desktops/laptops, iPads, Windows devices, and peripherals. The employee will install, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems (macOS, Windows, iOS, Chrome OS) and other software support as needed. They should be able to resolve in-person technical support requests using a help desk ticketing system, providing courteous, timely, and effective solutions. This individual should have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred, or equivalent IT experience including hardware repair and have a valid Driver's License. This canidiate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with staff, students and teammates.
