Crosby-Ironton School District is seeking passionate, motivated educators to join our team for the upcoming school year. We are currently hiring a Elementary Teacher to serve students in grades K–6 primarily working with Title I Math and Reading. Position Summary Elementary Teachers are responsible for creating a positive, engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students. Candidates should demonstrate strong instructional practices, classroom management skills, and a commitment to student success. Essential Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver standards-based instruction aligned with district curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Assess student learning and use data to guide instruction
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and support staff
• Participate in professional development and school activities
• Support diverse learning needs and differentiated instruction
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid MN teaching license in K-6 Elementary Education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to equity and student achievement
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with literacy and math intervention strategies
• Knowledge of classroom technology and instructional tools
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
